FULL GARDEN DESIGN
My design process is phased, collaborative, and centred around you. We start by getting to know you - your lifestyle, needs, likes and dislikes - so the design truly reflects how you want to use and enjoy your garden. From there, your ideas are translated into a thoughtful, tailored design. Throughout the process, I’ll keep in regular contact, updating you at each stage and checking in with meetings after every phase to make sure the design is on track and feels right for you.Once the designs are finalised, I work with trusted, skilled landscapers to bring the plan to life. To make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, I’m available for site inspections during the build, ensuring the project is delivered exactly as designed.
PROCESS

ANALYSIS
Starting with a site visit and initial consultation. This allows us to get a feel for the existing space and draw up a design brief together.
The design brief will then be sent over with the fee proposal.

MASTERPLAN
Once the design is approved, technical drawings are developed. These include setting out plans, section elevations, construction detailing and lighting schemes where required and any other detailed drawings needed to inform construction of the garden.

SURVEY
A full topographical survey of the site will be carried out. A scaled base plan is then created for the design to be overlayed on. This ensures the design process is accurate throughout.

BUILD
The design proposal and masterplan can now go out to tender or to your chosen builder.

Then the garden transformation begins!

CONCEPT DESIGN
Using accurate garden measurements, a concept design will be prepared with mood boards and 3D perspectives where required. These will be presented either face to face or remotely.

PLANTING SCHEMES
Planting schemes will be provided where requested.
These will include detailed plant locations, quantities and mood boards.
I can then source and organise delivery of plants to site.
